Tired of assisting on drill-and-fill, one patient after another, with no time to truly care?

At TLC Dental Wellness, we do dentistry differently. We see the mouth as part of the whole body. We look for the root cause, not just the cavity. We take time with every patient. And we close our doors on Mondays so you have a real life outside of work.

What your days look like:

Assist Dr. Mathew, a prosthodontist with 26 years of experience, on fillings, crowns, implants, veneers, and full smile makeovers.
Learn skills most assistants never get to touch: ozone therapy, SMART safe mercury filling removal, PRF healing, and biological gum disinfection.
Help anxious patients feel safe, including during sedation visits.
Take X-rays, set up and turn over rooms, sterilize, and keep the day flowing.
Coach patients on simple homecare habits. You're not just a pair of hands. You're part of their health team.

Your schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm. Friday, 8am to 3pm.
No evenings. No weekends. Occasional Mondays.

Pay: $20 to $26 per hour, based on experience.

Have [2+] years of chairside experience.
Hold your Georgia radiology certification and CPR (Expanded Duties is a plus).
